Three Oaks FoldTwo readers, one verdict

FAQ

Questions people ask

Why are there two scores on everything?

Because two people with different tastes played each game, and we think the difference between them tells you more than one number would. The scoring page explains who likes what.

Which score should I trust?

The one from the reader you resemble. Rowan likes to build and keep; Tess likes rounds that end. The agreed verdict is the compromise, and the gap tells you how much the game depends on taste.

Are these games free to play?

Every game here can be started and played without paying. All sell something; the fairness scores and each note's shop line say what and whether you will feel it.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Each runs in an ordinary web browser. Where a mobile app shares the same account we say so under "where".

Do publishers pay for notes?

No. The "Open the game" links are affiliate links that may earn a commission if you sign up, but both sheets and the agreed text are locked before a link goes in.

Do you review gambling or casino games?

No, and we will not. Three Oaks Fold covers games played for their own sake.

Can I suggest a game?

Yes, on the contact page. Tell us how long you have played it and which of us you think will like it more.

Is the site for children?

It is written for adults. The games reviewed carry their own age ratings; check the publisher's page before signing up a younger player.
